San Francisco Wedding Details
Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after.  To make your planning easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day.  Other questions are answered in the FAQ section.  Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

Seating Arrangements & Room Set-Up
Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor & Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Ceremony Room
Grand Hyatt San Francisco can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style, if needed. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.
Parking
Valet parking is offered for your wedding guests. If needed, other self-parking options are available in the immediate vicinity. Valet parking charges for guests are often covered by the bride and groom.
Menus
Our comprehensive wedding packages offers a wide variety of plated or buffet dinners. Customize the menu to reflect your cultural preferences.
Wedding Cake
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles, and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
Gold Passport
Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at Grand Hyatt San Francisco. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Every 8,000 points earned allows one overnight stay to be used at a later date.
Guestrooms
A complimentary one-night stay in a suite is included in your wedding package. Special room rates are available for your overnight guests. Please speak with your wedding specialist to block rooms and for further details.
Pricing and Guarantee
All food and beverage charges listed with the Grand Hyatt San Francisco Wedding Package are inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A $1500.00 non-refundable deposit is required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.


A final number of guests is required seven business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
